Food and Retail Manager

Per il nostro parco divertimenti di Bologna, Luna Farm, stiamo cercando un Food and Retail manager che, a riporto del General Manager, si occuperà della gestione del punto ristorazione e dei punti retail, assicurando il rifornimento dei magazzini e il coordinamento delle operazioni giornaliere.
**Responsabilità**:
Partecipa alla definizione dell’offerta F&B e Retail;
Organizza i processi per la preparazione dei prodotti alimentari;
Verifica il corretto funzionamento delle attrezzature presenti nel punto food prima dell’apertura della struttura;
Assicura il corretto svolgimento delle vendite nel punto food e in quelli retail;
Effettua l’inventario dei prodotti e assicura l’esposizione per la vendita;
Controlla la ricezione della merce e l'applicazione delle norme igienico sanitarie;
Approvvigiona e supervisiona le scorte, assicurandone la corretta conservazione;
Compila i report operativi;
È responsabile del personale dei reparti F&B e Retail, dei quali cura la formazione e l’organizzazione dei turni di lavoro.
Monitora e rispetta i budget mensili, le vendite, i profitti.
**Requisiti**:
Esperienza nel ruolo di almeno due anni negli ultimi cinque oppure possesso dell’attestato SAB;
Esperienza nella gestione del magazzino alimentare;
Essere in possesso dell'attestato HACCP;
Buona conoscenza del programma Excel;
Capacità di comprensione di un budget con verifica e calcolo dell’incidenza del costo del lavoro e del costo del venduto.
Ha lavorato al raggiungimento dei KPI richiesti dalla società.
Gestione e organizzazione degli ordini alimentari e del merchandising;
Disponibilità a lavorare nei weekend e festivi;
Cordialità, impegno e responsabilità;
Orientamento al cliente;
