KeKyJOB, società di Head Hunting, supporta il suo Cliente nella ricerca di: **1 Content & Growth Officer/Specialist** Il nuovo collaboratore lavorerà in autonomia e si occuperà di sviluppare le attività di “Engagement, Speaker & Partner”, finalizzate alla realizzazione di Forum, Programmi di StreamingTV, Eventi "ad hoc" ed attività di marketing relazionale. **Descrizione del lavoro**: - Attività di “engagement” e gestione delle relazioni con Top & C-Level Manager, decision maker e opinion leader di aziende multinazionali e istituzioni (aree HR / Comunicazione / Financial / IT) - Coordinamento di Speaker e Ospiti finalizzata all'organizzazione gli eventi - Utilizzo di sistemi software CRM e DEM finalizzato alla gestione delle relazioni **I requisiti “essenziali”**: - Capacità di lavorare in modo autonomo, gestendo contemporaneamente più progetti, spesso con deadline ristrette; - Eccellenti skills comunicative, con grande capacità relazionali e diplomatiche; - Padronanza assoluta della lingua inglese scritta e parlata; - Predisposizione a introdurre o condurre workshop - Capacità di public speaking; - Conoscenza ed interesse per i settori: IT, Marketing & Communication, Human Resources, Politica e Lobbing; - Competenze di: Social networking, Gestione eventi, Project management, Public Relations e Relazioni con i media **I requisiti graditi**: - Laurea in discipline economiche, umanistiche o sociali; - Conoscenza di sistemi e logiche di CRM; - Precedente esperienza in società di consulenza strategica/organizzazione eventi **Offerta**: Contratto a tempo indeterminato Retribuzione commisurata all’esperienza e ai risultati raggiunti Percorso di crescita e formazione **Impegno**: - Fulltime - 2 giorni a settimana in smart working **Sede di lavoro**: Roma. Disponibilità a trasferte in tutta Italia, in occasione di eventi.
