**Descrizione del lavoro** REFERRAL 2**

Governa il programma di trasformazione Agile individuando tutte le misure necessarie alla sua implementazione per massimizzarne il valore:

- Definendone gli obiettivi strategici e il relativo piano
- Sostenendo il progetto in azienda soprattutto nei confronti dell’Exco e degli altri manager
- Garantendo che il progetto abbia adeguate risorse
- Guidando e supportando tutti i dipartimenti coinvolti nell’adozione end-to-end della metodologia Agile nel processo di sviluppo software
- Adattando la metodologia Agile al contesto aziendale, perché sia d’aiuto a raggiungere gli obiettivi e coerente con la strategia aziendale ed anche con i vincoli di budget
- Identificando le metriche per la valutazione dell’applicazione Agile e supportandone l’implementazione
- Eseguendo regolari verifiche per misurare il livello di adozione e di rispetto del modello Agile e identificando e promuovendo azioni per migliorarlo

E’ responsabile della comunicazione interna relativa alla trasformazione Agile, garantendo che i progressi e gli obiettivi siano chiari e compresi da tutti i membri dell'organizzazione

E’ responsabile della evoluzione di processi e procedure con l’obiettivo di massimizzare il valore della metodologia Agile

Definisce in collaborazione con il Dipartimento HR la strategia di training e coaching Agile

E’ responsabile dell’Agile Transformation team e dell’Agile Transformation backlog
