Siamo alla ricerca di un intraprendente, dinamico ed affidabile NIGHT AUDITOR che si unisca al nostro giovane e versatile Front Office team.
Il suo compito sarà quello di garantire il comfort, la sicurezza e la tranquillità di tutti gli ospiti durante la notte, pronto a soddisfare le richieste, dimostrando preparazione e professionalità anche in caso di emergenza. Dovrà assicurarsi che il turno sia pronto per il giorno successivo, oltre allo svolgimento delle attività di chiusura amministrativa, secondo le politiche e le procedure aziendali. Sono richieste la conoscenza e la capacità di gestione di tutte le operazioni del Front Office (check-in, check-out, operazioni di cassa, ecc..), in piena autonomia operativa.
Stiamo cercando una risorsa che desideri crescere in un contesto internazionale, che sia flessibile e disponibile ad assumersi le responsabilità, che svolga i compiti assegnati con la massima precisione e che sappia gestire il lavoro in situazioni di stress.
Precisiamo che per la posizione di cui sopra non verrà fornito alloggio.
