We are looking for a Communication Manager who will lead our comprehensive communication strategy across all channels and touchpoints. You will oversee brand messaging, product communication, retail activities, and strategic partnerships while managing our PR, events, and influencer initiatives. This role requires both strategic thinking and hands-on execution, with a strong creative vision for campaigns and activations, and management responsibilities for our social media and creative teams.
You have a strategic mindset with strong communication expertise and are ready to elevate our brand presence across all communication channels while leading a talented team.
Compiti
**What you'll do**:
Strategic Communication & Planning
- Develop and execute comprehensive communication plans covering brand themes, product launches, and retail activities
- Lead creative ideation for launch strategies and campaign concepts
- Lead strategic communication initiatives to drive brand awareness and engagement across all channels
- Oversee messaging consistency and brand voice across all touchpoints

Copywriting
- Develop product naming strategies and write product-focused communication materials

Partnerships & Special Projects
- Identify, develop, and manage strategic partnerships to expand brand reach
- Lead execution of high-profile collaborations and special projects
- Coordinate cross-functional teams for complex communication campaigns

PR, Events & Influencer Management
- Oversee external PR agencies and manage press relations strategy
- Conceptualize and execute brand events and activations with strong experiential focus
- Manage paid influencer partnerships and oversee content creator collaborations
- Drive earned media opportunities and thought leadership initiatives

Team Leadership & Management
- Lead and mentor a team including Social Media Manager and Graphic Designer
- Provide strategic direction and professional development for direct reports
- Foster collaborative team environment and ensure quality output across all team deliverables

Requisiti
- Bachelor's degree in Communication, Marketing, or related fields
- \+2 years of experience in communication management
- Strong creative vision for campaigns, launches, and brand experiences
- Excellent copywriting skills across multiple channels
- Experience managing PR agencies, partnerships, and influencer collaborations
- Passionate about beauty industry with strategic mindset
- Hands-on self-starter comfortable with fast turnarounds
