Giacomo Milano, storica e riconosciuta realtà ristorativa milanese, a potenziamento del proprio ufficio Eventi, è alla ricerca di una figura di Junior Events Specialist che partecipi all’organizzazione e alla gestione degli eventi privati e aziendali nelle diverse unità operative/location. **La figura ricercata si occuperà delle seguenti attività**: Contrattazione e contrattualistica; Organizzazione sopralluoghi delle location con i potenziali clienti Organizzazione operativa e supervisione degli eventi; Coordinamento degli aspetti relativi ai servizi F&B; Coordinamento dello staff coinvolto nella realizzazione dell’evento (sala, bar, cucina..); Coordinamento dei collaboratori esterni coinvolti nella realizzazione dell’evento (allestitori, service..). Pregressa di almeno 1 anno nel ruolo in contesti similari (hotellerie e/o ristorazione di alto livello e/o location per eventi di alto profilo); Conoscenza molto buona della lingua inglese; Buona conoscenza del pacchetto Office; Capacità di lavorare in team; Forte attitudine al problem solving. **Completano il profilo**: flessibilità oraria, disponibilità a lavorare anche nei weekend (ove necessario) ed una naturale predisposizione ai rapporti interpersonali. Residenza e/o domicilio in Milano o zone limitrofe costituiranno titolo preferenziale.
