**MAIN PURPOSE**
- Reporting to the Events Manager and following the events strategy, _the Event Specialist has to manage the events organization, according to the international guidelines, budget constraints and market specificities.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Maintain the annual events calendar
- Prepare brief and presentations for the creative agency
- Coordinate the events program: venues scouting, travel booking, providers (e.g. catering, hostesses&stewards, florist ) including deliveries of material at the venue (Showcases, champagne, plv, other materials)
- Provide the Security Specialist with all the events details in order to finalize with him the security plan
- Collaborate with HQ and Event Manager for local projects, from ideation to post-event reporting: request of guidelines, validation of creative concept, borrow of materials, sending of post-event reports
- Measure and monitor the effectiveness of the event through mail and feedback sessions with all the team members involved in the event (Product managers, CRM, Merchandising, Retail/Wholesale, Sale Assistants)

- Good communication abilities in presenting project to various stakeholders
- Flexibility to travel nationally/internationally
- Fluent in both written and spoken English, French language is a plus
