Nella nostra organizzazione centrale, all'interno del team di Customer Fulfilment, supporterai il dipartimento di Service Fulfilment Operations nell'organizzazione della gestione dei servizi che IKEA offre ai clienti a livello Italia.

Supporterai il dipartimento che si occupa della gestione dei nostri fornitori dei servizi di consegna e montaggio dei nostri prodotti.

Il team è composto da persone appassionate, curiose ed intraprendenti, in grado di misurarsi ogni giorno con ogni tipo di sfida.
- Buone capacità analitiche, numeriche e buone capacità di comunicazione.
- Ha un background accademico con un focus in: Logistica, Statistica, Amministrazione Aziendale, Ingegneria o Affini.
- Passione per le aree di Retail/Home Furnishing and Logistics/Supply Chain/Customer Service.
- Ottime capacità informatiche e competenze con Microsoft Office, in particolare Excel.
- Buone capacità di problem solving.
- Possiede curiosità e proattività, essenziale nella ricerca e nella creazione di nuove soluzioni.
- Forte flessibilità e buon orientamento all'apprendimento.
- Un'ottima attitudine al lavoro di squadra.
- Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese.

COSA FARAI OGNI GIORNO

In affiancamento al tutor ti occuperai di:

- Supporto amministrativo del order flow - controllo del corretto ciclo degli ordini effettuati su livello Italia;
- Supporto nella creazione delle reportistiche e statistiche relative ai servizi gestiti;
- Supporto nel controllo e nel monitoraggio dei sistemi gestionali dei flussi operativi e servizi;
- Supporto nel monitoraggio delle procedure amministrative dei fornitori, segnalazione delle anomalie e attuazione di tempestive azioni correttive.
