The role designed for you

You will be responsible for the demand planning & offer management for the Graphics and Technical Materials Business products in Europe; developing SKU management effectiveness to meet market needs and optimizing offer & supply chain costs, as well as leveraging WOC & operations efficiency.

Key Tasks

Offer Management
- Improve continuously our product offering while optimizing overall supply chain costs, based on market demands and geographical market changes, as well as fulfilling Sales & Customer needs in Europe.
- Monitor the offer effectiveness & develop SKU ratio performance.
- Review our product offering through data analysis, providing offer improvement proposals to Business responsible.
- Coordinate product launch - as well as withdrawal process - with PM, Sales, R&D & Supply.
- Communicate offer service changes to internal functions.

Demand Planning
- Evaluate the offer request based on established offer guidelines & product portfolio.
- Manage the SKU demand forecasting process, coordinating the contribution of all internal stakeholders, mainly Sales Area Managers, Business Development / Product Managers & Supply Chain
- Consolidate feedbacks, challenging them to ensure the consistency and aiming for wide consensus over the demand forecast with alignment to EU demand planning responsible
- Monitor commercial performances and highlight variances vs demand forecast, identifying potential issues / root causes
- Ensure a proactive management of the demand, i.e., identifying unbalances & demand deviations vs. available supply & capabilities and need for prioritization and proposing balancing actions

The Attitudes and Skills We’re Looking For

Prerequisites

University degree with relevant major, such as supply chain, logistics, statistics, business or economics.
- Good collaboration and communication experience
- Ability to work in team environment as well as function independently
- Fluent English, written and spoken, is required. Other languages are a plus.
- Good capability in Microsoft Office
- Previous analytical work experience as well as in project management considered a benefit
