- Job description
- As **Lead Accountant** you will respond to the CFO Italy. You will manage a team of 2-3 Accounting resources. Your duties will include team and accounting activities supervision. You will be part of a challenging context in development.

**Responsibilities**:

- ** Accounting**:Oversee and manage overall daily accounting processes (AR, AP, Cash);
- Be responsible for yearly statutory (Italian law) reporting and Support monthly / quarterly / yearly reporting;
- ** Audit support**: Manage and coordinate support of periodic audit from external auditors;
- Perform account reconciliation
- ** Tax**: Ensure timely and accurate direct / indirect tax e other tax declaration filing in coordination with external advisors;
- Be the key point of contact with relevant tax authorities and external tax advisors;
- ** Systems and process optimization**: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement lean accounting practices;
- ** Team**: Lead, mentor and develop your team of 2-3 resources

**Profile**:

- 5-7 years’ experience in Accounting activities
- Intercompany Transfer Pricing policy and Direct/Indirect taxes knowledge
- Team leading experience or ability
- Quick learner with a strong capacity to adapt to a fast-moving environment
- Fluent Italian and English
