**Fondazione Milano Cortina 2026** is the Organizing Committee for the Olympic and Paralympic Winter Games of 2026, carrying on the organization, promotion and communication of the sporting and cultural events related to the next Winter Games.

Milano Cortina 2026 will be the first large-scale Olympics in history: 9 Olympic venues, 21 provincial capitals, 2,300 municipalities directly involved, over an area of 22,000 square km.

The Milano Cortina 2026 Organizing Committee has been established in 2019 with the purpose of organizing Olympic and Paralympic Games in compliance with the Host City Contract signed jointly by the International Olympic Committee (IOC), the two cities of Milano and Cortina and the Italian National Olympic Committee (CONI).

Furthermore, the Italian Paralympic Committee, the Regions of Lombardy and Veneto, as well as the Autonomous Provinces of Trento and Bolzano/Bozen are all partners in this major national-level project, with the support of the Italian Government.

**Position**:
For our Finance area, we are looking for a **Head Of Industrial Control.**

Role’s purpose is to develop, maintain and operate Budget Controlling activities on Milano Cortina 2026 Operations (covering Games Venue infrastructures / Games Services and all Technology systems and solutions) - which together amount to the largest and most articulated portion of Milano Cortina 2026 overall lifetime Budget.

**Responsabilities**:

- Deliver lifetime BUDGET (for the relevant cost items) according to International Olympic Committee & Milano Cortina 2026 timelines;
- Deliver Annual BDGT and Quarterly reforecasts;
- Deliver management reporting on actual costs;
- Assist Technology in providing requisites for ERP / EPM systems implementation and evolution.

**Requirements**:

- Knowledge of venue dynamics and infrastructure basics, games services (event, logistics, sport, transportation, accommodation, Food, etc..).
- Analytical approach.
- Attitude for detail and synthesis.
- Negotiation skills.
- Ability to relate with C-levels of the organization and negotiation skills with external parties.
- Control experience in large industrial orders (0.5-1€Bn budgets) with multiple cost lines. Branch/ business unit budgets and reporting.
- Fluent English, both written and spoken.
- Advanced Microsoft Office Package, experience with ERP systems utilization.
