**Requirements**:

- Build and Manage a team in charge of the aftersales processes (KYB, activation, account management, cash collection):

- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with existing merchants
- Acting as the main point of contact for merchants and customers inquiries, concerns, and requests
- Understanding merchants' business objectives and provide personalized solutions to meet their needs
- Identifying upselling opportunities and collaborate with the sales team to maximize revenue
- Preparing and delivering regular reports on account performance and customer satisfaction
- Resolving any client issues or complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Monitoring market trends and competitor activities to identify potential risks or opportunities
- **Requirements**:

- Previous experience of 3-5 years in a VC-backed tech venture (fintech, marketplace) in a Account Management or Operations role
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field
- Proven experience as an Account/Operations Manager or relevant role in the financial services/marketplace industry
- Strong financial acumen and understanding of investment products and services
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
- Proactive approach to problem-solving and strong attention to detail
- Self-motivated and results-driven with a strong work ethic
