**The team you will be a part of**:
The Product Marketing team markets the organization's products and services using customer marketing databases. Creates direct mail marketing plans, targeting specific market segments with specialized offers. Collaborates with market research in developing response models and other database improvements. May conduct data mining analyses of customer data to develop marketing trends.

**This role in summary**:
We are seeking an experienced individual to take part of our EMEA Product Marketing team, in charge of defining the best product offer, providing unique value for the customer based on consumer insights, market analysis, competition benchmarks and industry trends. This position is located in Milan #LI-Hybrid in our EMEA HeadQuarter (Europe, Middle East and Asia) where we have over 600 professionals dedicated to various areas of the business, including Sales, Finance, Human Resources, Information Technology, Marketing, Customer Service and global support functions.

**Your responsibilities will include**:

- Performing market segmentation analysis, evaluating consumer insights and industry trends, review customer feedback in order to set the product needs and build the right product roadmap to win in EMEA
- Value proposition definition for new products at EMEA level, working with local markets on a daily basis.
- Innovative ideas generation to develop products in cooperation with Research & Development and Brand departments.
- Planning and control of the product development process phases and leading multifunctional teams for new products introduction if required
- Timely and effective product life cycle management during the development, validation, release and deployment phases in collaboration with Engineering, Research & Development, Manufacturing and Quality departments in order to monitor costs and improve efficiency.
- Functional requirements development for product enhancements and new products launch to ensure that product features identify and match market needs and constraints.
- Review of category performance on the markets, recommendation and implementation of needed product improvements.

**Minimum requirements**:

- Master’s Degree in Economics or Management Engineering
- Experience in a Product Marketing role preferably in Consumer Electronics sector or in a similar industry or 1-2 year Consulting,
- Problem solving, strategic thinking, analytical mindset, business acumen
- Project management experience
- Strong interpersonal communication skills, to be able to work in team and interact both with local sales organizations and global technical leaders
- Proactive, agile, result oriented, stress resilient, enthusiastic to embrace challenges
- English is a must
