**This role in summary**:
As a Junior Product Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving the success of the Washing Machine and Washer Dryer product lines. You will ensure the product's success throughout its life cycle, incorporating innovations and consumer, trade, and market insights into the development process. Collaboration with cross-functional teams and proactive project leadership will be key to achieving your objectives.

**Your responsibilities will include**:

- Analyze consumer trends, market dynamics and competitive landscape to identify new opportunities and develop the strategic product roadmap
- Manage the product portfolio, identifying both synergies to rationalize the product range and business opportunities to sustain the short-term needs of National Sales Organizations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, new product introduction and central/local category to drive all project phases and ensure project delivery from kick-off to production
- Define a winning EMEA product range and line-up (model catalog)
- Develop business cases to check the financial soundness of the projects and track the performance of the launches until project completion
- Work with the Brand team to develop new campaigns and promotional activities, and ensure the right communication materials, assets and sales tools are developed in line with the needs of the launches
- Own and guide the Marketing requirements on the key product attributes (e.g. Sustainability).
- Manage regulatory compliance projects, proving cross-brand and platform support to ensure that the requirements are timely embedded
- Foster a positive work environment, ensuring team spirit, good team-working environment, conflict negotiation, individual and group communication
- Communicate the vision and strategy for the product lines above and below within the organization

**Minimum requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., marketing, business, engineering) with excellent academic performance
- Ability to act as a transformational agent, initiating and leading positive change initiatives
- Project management capabilities to drive all project phases from kick-off to production
- Collaborative mindset to work with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and new product introduction
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong interpersonal skills to foster a positive work environment, promote teamwork, and resolve conflicts
- Strong analytical skills to analyze consumer trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscape
- Financial acumen to develop business cases and track project performance
- Understanding of marketing principles to develop campaigns, promotional activities, and communication materials
