Legal Intern

**Internship Program - Legal Intern Italy & Albania, Hungary, Switzerland, Czech Republic & Slovakia.**

**What You’ll Do for Us**:
You will support the Legal Counsel Europe responsible for Italy, Albania, Hungary, Switzerland, Czech Republic and Slovakia, in particular:

- support and review of contracts, T&Cs, marketing materials and products labels;
- support and review of all administrative and corporate documents (e.g. BoD meeting calls and minutes, Shareholders meeting calls and minutes, legal books transcriptions, proxy, etc.);
- support the Surveillance Committee ex Legislative Decree 231;
- support and review of privacy, compliance and administrative documents;
- support the European legal team on cross-countries projects;
- legislation and case law research;
- day-to-day assistance on legal matters.

**Skills & qualifications**:

- law degree with a high score is required;
- admission to the bar in Italy as well as a master in business law or LL.M. degree is a plus;
- fluency in English and Italian;
- knowledge of Italian and EU law.
