To support the teams who are powering this ecosystem we have a global Corporate division consisting of departments including Legal, Finance, Marketing and Sales, Strategy, Human Resources, Central Services and PR and Communications. Our Corporate division are now seeking a talented Legal Intern to join the Legal Team. Some of the essentials for you to know are: Location: Our office in Milan Department Size: 6-7 (Approx.) Reporting into: Head of Legal Affairs Italy The role is suited to a confident individual who is comfortable working in a fast-moving e-commerce environment and looking for a challenging commercial role. Here is a breakdown of what you’ll be doing: - Support in the provision of practical, commercial, solution-driven advice on a wide variety of general commercial issues including IT, outsourcing, e-commerce, internet/new media, data protection and consumer law.- Support in drafting, advising and negotiating on a variety of commercial agreements, such as marketing, product placement ADV, agency, testimonial & Sponsorship.- Support on specific topics such as privacy/GDPR compliance- Managing the legal request storage The type of person we are looking for: - Law Degree- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and interpersonal skills- Proactive at developing internal business relationships- Motivated, enthusiastic and have a "can do" attitude- Strong attention to detail- Strong experience in handling a high volume of activity involving multiple projects simultaneously- Fluent in English - _ Experience Level: Intern Workplace Type: Hybrid
