**CUSTOMER SERVICE MANAGER | AUTOFFICINA**

La figura ricercata avrà la responsabilità di garantire il raggiungimento dei risultati qualitativi - quantitativi ed economici dell'Officina, garantendo la massima soddisfazione dei clienti e lo sviluppo delle risorse umane assegnate.

In particolare, si occuperà delle seguenti attività:
**- **Pianificazione e coordinamento delle attività di officina e carrozzeria

**- **Supervisione dell'agenda prenotazioni

**- **Gestione diretta del cliente finale con obiettivi misurati di customer satisfaction

**- **Coordinamento delle risorse umane operanti in officina e carrozzeria

**- **Gestione per aree di risultato - fatturato e costi

Si richiede:

- Esperienza pregressa di almeno 3 anni nel ruolo maturata presso contesti di lavoro affini
- Conoscenza técnica del mondo automotive
- Esperienza nella gestione di team mediamente strutturati
- Ottima conoscenza dei principali applicativi informatici

Completano il profilo ottime doti comunicative e relazionali.
- Si offre contratto diretto in azienda con finalità di inserimento a tempo indeterminato._

La retribuzione sarà commisurata sulla base delle competenze e dell'esperienza acquisita.

Orario di lavoro: full-time, 40h settimanali - 8:00 - 18:00 (con 2 ore di pausa).
