**Growth Manager**

Il nostro cliente, IoInvesto SCF prima rete italiana di consulenti finanziari indipendenti, sta espandendo il proprio dipartimento interno e ci ha incaricato di ricercare un **Growth Manager.**

La persona prescelta sarà inserita all'interno del **Team Direct Marketing **del gruppo e risponderà direttamente alla proprietà, e avrà la responsabilità della definizione della strategia marketing, la sua implementazione, la sua efficienza ed il raggiungimento degli obiettivi della strategia, in linea con gli obiettivi societari nel mercato BtoC.

Si occuperà del coordinamento, gestione e crescita del team per il raggiungimento dei KPI dell’area. Il suo obiettivo sarà definire una strategia vincente, esaminando sia tutte le linee di business interno, ma anche quelle della concorrenza. Avrà la responsabilità sull’analisi del valore, la progettazione del valore e della comunicazione del valore in collaborazione con il direttore commerciale italiano ed estero, e la proprietà. Avrà anche il compito di Identificare nuove aree di sviluppo e di altre opportunità di business.

**Si richiede**:

- **Esperienza** consolidata in** ambito ecommerce o aziende digitali,** preferibilmente con conoscenze nel settore finanziario**Esperienza comprovata **nella gestione di canali di marketing digitali complessi e strategie di growth hacking.**Orientamento** agli A/B test e all'analisi dati.**Conoscenza approfondita** dei principali social media, strumenti di advertising online e marketing digitale.**Capacità** analitiche avanzate per valutare i dati e le performance delle campagne.**Orientamento** al raggiungimento degli obiettivi di crescita, all'innovazione nel marketing digitale e alla creazione di strategie efficaci.**Esperienza** in campagne di lancio di nuovi prodotti digitali.**Eccellenti capacità** di comunicazione, leadership e capacità di lavorare in team multidisciplinari.
