DSCOVR ha costruito dscovr-teams.io, una soluzione innovativa per l'engagement aziendale, ed è alla ricerca di un **Growth Manager**. Questa figura sarà fondamentale per espandere la nostra base clienti e far crescere i ricavi attraverso strategie di marketing e vendite mirate.

**Responsabilità principali**:

- Identificare opportunità di crescita nel mercato, analizzando le tendenze e le esigenze dei clienti.
- Sviluppare e implementare strategie di growth hacking per attirare e convertire potenziali clienti.
- Collaborare con i team di marketing, vendite e prodotto per ottimizzare l'esperienza del cliente e garantire risultati misurabili.
- Condurre analisi delle prestazioni delle campagne e sviluppare report che evidenziano l'efficacia delle strategie implementate.
- Utilizzare strumenti e tecnologie di analisi dei dati per monitorare ed analizzare il comportamento degli utenti e le performance della piattaforma.

**Requirements**:

- Esperienza comprovata nel marketing o nella gestione della crescita, preferibilmente in contesti SaaS o tecnologia.
- Forti competenze analitiche e capacità di prendere decisioni basate sui dati.
- Conoscenza dei principi di growth hacking e SEO/SEM.
- Eccellenti capacità di comunicazione e lavoro di squadra.
- Orientamento ai risultati e capacità di lavorare in ambienti (scale).
- Forte proattività e attitudine all'innovazione.
- Fluente in italiano e in inglese.
