Growth Manager – Butternut Box | B CorpWe are looking for a Growth Manager to join us at this exciting part of our journey, building our brand presence and sharing the benefits of fresh food with pet parents across Italy.You'll play a pivotal role transforming our proven mission and brand into a household name for dog owners across the nation.RoleJob: Growth ManagerCareer Step Level: 4Location: Milan, ItalyResponsibilitiesBuild marketing plans that ensure we reach Italian dog owners, launch and manage key marketing channels, and start building a team to support you.Work closely with the Country Manager to develop a marketing strategy and plan to grow the Italian business in **** and beyond.Improve key metrics such as retention, conversion, CPA, LTV.Successfully launch and manage "always on" marketing channels, including Paid Search and Paid Social.Build and diversify our channel mix in the Italian market.Analyze campaign performance, understand what works, and shape future activity accordingly.Develop strong relationships with the team in the UK and across Europe.Create an Italian-specific customer journey and embed customer retention and lifetime value understanding.Manage a significant budget to achieve aims efficiently and effectively.Create a vision for opportunities and challenges unique to the Italian market.QualificationsLoves dogs (naturally).Strong marketing background with a full understanding of e-commerce growth and associated metrics; proven track record of growing a business.Analytical rigor and strong problem-solving skills, focusing energy on the right areas.Experience managing digital marketing channels at scale, with a budget of over €3m per year.Deep understanding of Paid Search (AdWords), Paid Social (Facebook/Instagram/TikTok), SEO.Strong understanding of e-commerce and subscription-based businesses.Track record in setting up and leading a team.Excellent communication skills, able to sell vision to team and wider business.Passion for start-ups and dogs.Fluent in Italian and English.Interview ProcessApplication reviewInitial call (45 minutes): Introductory chat with our Talent Partner.Hiring Manager interview (45 minutes): In-person interview to discuss technical skills and passion.Take-home task to assess technical skills.Leadership & Values interview (60 minutes): Remote interview to evaluate leadership and values alignment.About Butternut BoxAt Butternut, we put the food back into dog food.We believe dogs deserve the healthiest, most natural, and tastiest food with none of the nasties.That's why we make freshly prepared dog food, cooked like at home, delivered in perfect portions.As a B-Corp certified company, we are committed to sustainability, people, product, and environmental impact.Our goal is to help dogs live healthier, happier, and longer lives while bringing smiles to humans.We have expanded across the UK and now aim to feed dogs everywhere.Join us if you share this ambition.Equal OpportunityButternut Box is an equal-opportunity employer that values diversity and inclusion.We welcome people of different nationalities, backgrounds, experiences, abilities, and perspectives.We are committed to improving our social and environmental performance.We deliberately support candidates from underrepresented groups.We are not hiring through external agencies for this role.#J-*****-Ljbffr
