-Carhartt WIP is part of the WIP Trading AG. Our family-owned business group started as a licensee and European distributor of the US workwear manufacturer Carhartt in the early 1990s. Since then, it develops its own collections based on workwear originals.

Carhartt Work In Progress aims to continuously progress and evolve, without ever losing sight of its origins. Over the course of the past two decades, our business has developed organically, along with its customers, the culture that surrounds the brand, and its employees who have helped shape what Carhartt WIP is today.

Retail Manager Italy (M/F/x)

**Your Responsibilities**:
**Operations Management**
- Direct Management of all Store Managers, including recruitment, training, coaching, daily support, operations and management.
- Define and implement strategic objectives for Store Managers in alignment with company leadership, setting both qualitative and quantitative goals to drive success.
- Analyze key retail performance indicators (KPIs), leveraging data-driven insights to refine strategies, optimize sales performance, and enhance overall store efficiency.
- Ensure an outstanding customer experience by coordinating store activities and fostering a dynamic retail environment that prioritizes service excellence.
- Know the fundamentals of labor law, ensuring compliance in workforce management, scheduling, and employee relations
- Conduct field visits in accordance with the company guidelines.
- Stay up to date with retail systems and tools, coordinating training initiatives to empower sales teams and enhance operational effectiveness.
- Monitor inventory results, develop action plans with management and stores to improve results.
- Support all operational activities related to the opening/renovation/closing of new stores and the roll-out of projects in Italy.
- Manage essential administrative tasks, ensuring smooth operations and effective documentation of key retail processes.

**Business Management**
- Execute and drive the company's strategic initiatives, ensuring business objectives are met through effective planning and operational excellence.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with HR, Finance, Visual Merchandising, Retail Merchandising, and other relevant departments to align efforts and achieve company-wide goals.
- Identify areas for improvement and implement innovative solutions, optimizing retail performance, efficiency, and customer experience.
- Act as a brand ambassador, representing the company in all interactions and fostering strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, and business partners.

**Your Profile**:

- **Proven experience in retail management**, with a strong ability to optimize operations, boost sales, and ensure excellent store performance
- ** Strategic leadership and management skills**, demonstrated by a track record of successfully leading teams to achieve ambitious business goals
- ** Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities**, fostering collaboration across different levels of the organization and creating a motivating and productive work environment

- Driving license
- Flexibility and willingness to travel
- Fluent in Italian and English
