is seeking for a passionate, dedicated and service-oriented

**Front /back Receptionist** to join our team.

- Experience of working in 5 star **BOUTIQUE** Hotel environment as customer service and Front Office department for at least 2 years
- Italian and excellent command of **perfect English** (C1 oral and written), knowledge of another foreign language is an advantage.
- High school diploma required, additional hospitality training preferred;
- Knowledge of **DIRECT HOLIDAY PMS **and **SIMPLY BOOKING Booking Engine.**
- Great Customer Service Skills - Must enjoy guest interaction and be able to anticipate guest needs and maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times;
- Must be able to maintain a high level of product and service knowledge in order to explain and sell services and facilities to guests;
- Assist with the luggage and car parking if necessary
- Ability to promote hotel restaurants, spa and packages;
- Awareness of 5 Star Hotel Standards and guest expectations;
- Marketing and Sales oriented;
Contrat: - Full time

Starting date: Mid-September or to be discussed

Duration of contract according the most experienced and dedicate person.

We can assist you by finding your own accommodation or a room at our staff quarters.
