The UPGRADES Program Specialist demonstrates accountability for functional, business, and broad company objectives, leading cross functional teams through rigorous transformational programs.

As a Upgrades Program Specialist, you will be responsible for:

- Being a cultural change agent to foster the cultural changes within IET
- Leading by example fostering behaviours that reinforce and accelerate the change
- Working with functional and business leaders to develop programs deployment strategy, goals and priorities
- Working on the Project Operation processes from commercial to delivery phase with special focus on defining new execution models and methods
- Being accountable for programs definition and execution through their entire lifecycle
- Having responsibility for defining, deploying, and managing project management related processes and support tools
- Enabling improvement of customer satisfaction and business performance
- Acting frequently as a project leader in projects involving the business and other functions

- Have an understanding of operations or program management
- Have excellent oral and written communication skills and ability to communicate comfortably as all levels
- Possess exceptional analytical and organizational skills
- Be a team player, able to create an environment of trust within the team and with the broader organization
