CUSTOMER ORDER SPECIALIST

La risorsa ricercata si occuperà di svolgere le seguenti attività:

- attività di SALES BACK OFFICE: dalla prima gestione dell’ordine fino al suo compimento ed evasione in costante collaborazione con altre strutture aziendali, quali ufficio di produzione, ufficio tecnico, ufficio spedizioni;
- attività di post-vendita
- attività di CUSTOMER SERVICE e gestione del reclamo: dalla prima gestione delle case fino alla sua chiusura in costante collaborazione con altre strutture aziendali;
- gestione AMMINISTRAZIONE VENDITA per paesi di lingua Francofona e/o Inglese e italiana
- contatto costante con Clienti
- contatto costante con Agenti

**Requisiti**:

- ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese e tedesca parlata e scritta;
- predisposizione al rapporto con il pubblico;
- conoscenza dei programmi di Office;
- capacità di lavorare in team e di collaborare con altri reparti;
- disponibilità per la soluzione dei problemi.

Completano il profilo puntualità, affidabilità e serietà.
