In **AUTODOC PRO**, cerchiamo proprio te Stiamo cercando un* Team Leader per il nostro team di Agenti Service che possa guidare, supportare e motivare la squadra sul territorio, garantendo performance di alto livello e un ambiente di lavoro positivo.

**Cosa farai**:

- Guida e supporto del team:_
- Selezione, onboarding e crescita continua del team di agenti.
- Organizzazione di feedback 1:1, analisi KPI e momenti di team building.
- Sviluppo di un ambiente inclusivo, collaborativo e orientato ai risultati.
- Gestione delle attività e delle risorse:_
- Pianificazione turni degli Agenti Service Regionali, ferie e copertura territoriale.
- Coordinamento del parco auto regionale con il supporto dell’assistente amministrativo.
- Intervento operativo diretto nelle zone temporaneamente non coprite, se necessario.
- Contributo strategico:_
- Condivisione di insight e idee per migliorare processi e servizi.
- Comunicazione attiva tra il team sul campo e il management.
- Raccolta e comunicazione delle sfide operative del team, in stretta collaborazione con il management per una risoluzione efficace.

**Il tuo profilo**:

- Esperienza di almeno 3-5 anni in un ruolo di coordinamento team o gestione sul territorio
- Competenze solide in selezione, formazione e gestione delle performance
- Italiano madrelingua e ottima conoscenza dell’ inglese (scritto e parlato)
- Abilità organizzative, proattività e orientamento al cliente
- Buona familiarità con strumenti digitali per la gestione del team e dei KPI
- Laurea o formazione in Economia, Risorse Umane, Gestione Operativa (o simili)

- Flessibilità nel lavoro da remoto (team sparso su una regione)
