Per primaria compagnia di navigazione, ricerchiamo impiegati addetti al customer care ufficio booking.
Le risorse offriranno assistenza al cliente nella fase di gestione della prenotazione, verificando le soluzioni più adatte alle sue esigenze e supportandolo nella risoluzione di eventuali problematiche.
Requisiti:
- Diploma o Laurea;
- Ottima conoscenza di almeno una lingua tra: Francese, Spagnolo e Tedesco;
- Dimestichezza nell'utilizzo dei principali strumenti informatici.
Completano il profilo ottime doti relazionali e di problem solving.
Si offre: Contratto a tempo determinato.
Orario di lavoro: Full time o part time su turni articolati dalle 8:00 alle 20:00, 7 giorni su 7, festivi compresi.
