Per primaria società di consulenza sto ricercando un **Life Insurance IT Manager**.

La risorsa affiancherà le aziende clienti in importanti progetti di sviluppo, trasformazione, implementazione di soluzioni applicative personalizzate o integrate, disegno di architetture e infrastrutture tecnologiche.

Dovrà assicurare che l'evoluzione del prodotto contenga i requisiti funzionali richiesti dal business, lavorare con i Clienti, offrire supporto al miglioramento dell'efficienza dei processi e risolvere i problemi di business attraverso l'utilizzo dei sistemi aziendali.

**Esperienze pregresse**

È richiesta esperienza pregressa di almeno 7 anni nel medesimo ruolo.

**Aree di responsabilità**
- Disegnare la soluzione di business
- Condurre interviste strutturate con i Clienti
- Fornire a Clienti ed interlocutori le specifiche di progetto, sintesi, conclusioni, suggerimenti e soluzioni
- Supervisionare e validare documenti di alta qualità (es. requisiti funzionali, manuali utente, data sheet di prodotti assicurativi)
- Partecipare ai comitati direttivi di progetto.
- Gestire gruppi di lavoro di analisti funzionali supervisionando gli stream di sviluppo.

**Competenze richieste**
- Conoscenza di tematiche assicurative in ambito Vita
- Conoscenza dei prodotti vita: finanziari, pensionistici e puro rischio
- Conoscenza di processi di portafoglio assicurativo vita
- Conoscenza delle principali normative del ramo vita
- Conoscenza integrazioni tipiche di un PAS (policy administration system).
- Conoscenza dei principali applicativi IT del settore assicurativo
- Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese

È considerato requisito preferenziale aver maturato:

- esperienze su processi di BPM.
- esperienze di analisi per progetti internazionali in grandi gruppi assicurativi

È apprezzata la conoscenza dei principi Agile.

La conoscenza di un'altra lingua è considerata un plus (Francese, Tedesco,).
