**Valmont Solar | Convert Italia SpA**, leader in the global photovoltaic industry, is looking for a **SAP Administrative and Tax Manager** who, reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer, will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the administrative area.

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee administrative, accounting and financial processes by defining procedures in compliance with current regulations, in the area of mandatory record keeping and tax regulations;
- Supervise the flows of active, passive cycle, VAT accounting;
- Keep both fiscal and statutory records and books (VAT Registers, Depreciable Assets, Inventory Book, Journal Book, Shareholders' Book, Minutes of Shareholders' Meetings, etc.);
- Ensure the resolution of import/export customs and tax issues (Intrastat, blacklist, VAT settlement, etc.);
- Prepare settlement entries for monthly financial statements;
- Oversee statutory and tax compliance;
- Support the CFO in defining economic and financial management objectives and strategies;
- Keep track of general ledger accounts clients/suppliers/banks etc. prepared by local accounting offices/advisors/auditors;
- Collaborate with management control;
- Implement SAP;
- Manage resources.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in business disciplines;
- Knowledge of SAP management software required;
- Knowledge of IFRS international accounting standards;
- Ability in managing teams and coaching;
- 10 years' experience in the role in multinational companies;
- Excellent knowledge of Office package;
- Knowledge of the English language;
- Aptitude for method, accuracy, punctuality, and achievement of goals;
- Excellent stress management skills;
- Strong team working skills between different offices and with management, flexibility, problem solving and continuous improvement of procedures.
