The person will take care of the following activities:

- Increase market share and development new business opportunities with global and local OEM accounts and batteries KEY accounts top players
- Build strong customer relationships and strategic partnerships to assess customer needs and recommend appropriate products
- Develop strategic roadmaps for key customers and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to grow market share and align product portfolio
- Be entrepreneurial on expanding new OEM (small and big) and Key accounts in EMEA region
- Responsible for quotation submissions, securing purchase orders, closing open financial issues, price and warranty negotiation
- Achieve and exceed Budget Sales and Net Margin for your OEM customers
- Provide regular and relevant feedback on Market conditions, competitor activities and progress towards business objectives
- Working with the Operations and Marketing team to develop new logistics solutions or marketing material, strategies and justify new project opportunities to support the sales effort

**Requirements of the position**:

- Bachelor's Degree in business, engineering, or related
- MS Office tools
- Good knowledge of English; French or German would be consider as a plus
- Minimum of 5 years of automotive sales and/or key account management experience selling to OEMs
- Experience in selling or established network at OEMs
- Experience with business development, program launches, and account management

Contratto di lavoro: Tempo indeterminato

Stipendio: Fino a €65.000,00 all'anno
