**IQVIA is looking for an Intern to join the Talent Acquisition Team**

Are you interested to be exposed in a wide range of activities in the Talent Acquisition area? Are you ready to get to know the Recruitment in the Healthcare sector for major life science and pharma companies? Do you like being in contact with people? If you answered Yes We have an exciting new opportunity for an Intern to join our Talent Acquisition Team. At IQVIA you will be put right in the heart of the action, within a Team of highly qualified Talent Acquisition specialists.

**Key Responsibilities**:

You will be involved in our Employer Branding initiatives, participating in events with universities (online and on-site) and contributing to generate new ideas to develop our university marketing strategy further to boost the Early Talents hiring
**Skills, Education and Experience Required**
- You are a fresh graduate or about to graduate, preferably with a degree in humanistic or economic disciplines with a focus on human resources.
- Fluent in English and Italian with strong verbal and written communication skills
- Customer-oriented mindset and “make it happen” mentality
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and plan routine activities in a fast-paced environment
It is ideal if you have already gained some initial experience in recruiting
- You are a team player
- You are available to us for 40 hours a week, 6 months available
**Location: Milan**
