**Talent Acquisition Trainee Role - Join Our Dynamic Team in Monaco**

**Starting date ASAP for 6 months minimum**
- We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Trainee to join our team based in Monaco.
- This exciting opportunity will offer hands-on experience in the recruitment process, where you will play a key role in supporting and enhancing talent acquisition activities.
- Post job openings and explore new sourcing channels for attracting talent.
- Coordinate and maintain relationships with recruitment agencies.
- Provide operational support for the day-to-day recruitment activities.
- Maintain and update HR databases and talent pipelines to ensure accurate data.
- Organize and coordinate interviews, both in-person and virtual (Teams Meeting), for Talent Acquisition and hiring managers.

**Job Requirements**:

- HR/Recruitment Student - From Bachelor to Master
- Experience with a focus on Talent Acquisition appreciated
- Fluent in English/French
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Adaptability to changing priorities and work environments.
