**Junior Talent Acquisition**:
JOB MISSION
The mission of this role will be to support the development of an excellent organization by attracting and recruiting the best talents through innovative solutions in line with the Company sustainable Values.
DUTIES AND KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Support the Talent Acquisition Manager in the full cycle of the recruitment process
Support the Hiring Managers to identify the needs
Definition of job description, job advertisements on internal and external platforms
CV screening, call and face-to-face interviews
Talent scouting
Keep the talent pipeline updated and ready to fulfill the needs
Support the preparation of HR reports relating to recruiting
PERSON SPECIFICATION AND REQUIREMENTS
Master’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Political Science or related fields
Master’s in Human Resources would be a plus
Previous experience of at least 1 year in an HR role in a multinational company
Good knowledge of the ATS and MS Office
Excellent interpersonal skills, proactivity, and ability to work in a team
Good work planning skills according to emerging priorities
Fluent in English
