**Head of Product and Production Director RTW**

La figura, riportando al Chief Operating Officer, sarà responsabile della divisione Abbigliamento, presidiando l’intero processo dalla fase di sviluppo del prodotto fino alla produzione. Sarà il punto di riferimento per la realizzazione delle Collezioni, collaborando a stretto contatto con la Direzione Creativa garantendo il rispetto di tempi, costi e standard qualitativi.

Tra le principali responsabilità:

- Coordinare e supervisionare le attività di sviluppo collezione, industrializzazione e produzione (e i relativi team di competenza);
- Supervisionare gli acquisti di campionario e di produzione, assicurando con il supporto del team l’approvvigionamento nei tempi stabiliti;
- Supervisionare l’intero processo produttivo, fino alla consegna del prodotto finito;
- Guidare un team multidisciplinare, promuovendo una cultura di responsabilità e collaborazione;
- Strutturare e ottimizzare il modello operativo, contribuendo alla definizione e al miglioramento dei processi interni;
- Agire proattivamente in contesti complessi, dinamici e internazionali, mantenendo un alto livello di efficienza e flessibilità.

Requisiti richiesti:

- Pregressa esperienza di almeno 15 anni nel ruolo maturato in aziende strutturate del settore abbigliamento lusso;
- Ottime capacità di relazionarsi con i diversi interlocutori (interni ed esterni) e di gestione di team;
- Forti capacità di leadership e di visione strategica;
- Conoscenza fluente o madrelingua della lingua inglese;
- Disponibilità a trasferte in Europa;
- Forte sensibilità al prodotto e alla qualità.
