Write the next chapter of your ABB story.**: **This position reports to**: Pulp & Paper Cluster Business Line Manager **Your role and responsibilities**: **Qualifications for the role**: - You have more than 10 years of recent experience in Automation Solution business, preferably in industries such as Pulp & Paper and Metals with a solid knowledge of this business and related markets - You have proven leadership experience, managing an organization or department of >15 MUSD Revenues and >20 Employees, with profit and loss responsibility. - You are innovative around customer needs, results and quality, with proficient sales and marketing experience and/or operational and project management. - You are passionate about people orientation, influencing, coaching and leadership with a multicultural approach. - Master’s degree (or equivalent) in Engineering, preferably in Automation & Control System. - You are at ease communicating proficiency in Italian and fluent in English. - You are outgoing, open-minded, flexible, curious and action driven by nature. That curiosity helps you get to know our world better. You know how to convince and can enthusiastically take others into your story. A wait-and-see attitude does not suit you at all, because you like to take the initiative yourself. You can empathize with the customer and with your team and are bold enough to get their demands to the surface to take the appropriate actions.
