Controllership Integration Leader

You will also be responsible for:

- Leading end-to-end finance integration activities for M&A transactions within IET, from due diligence through post-close execution.
- Partnering with cross-functional teams (Tax, Treasury, Legal, HR, IT, Operations) to ensure finance-related integration milestones are met.
- Assessing and aligning accounting policies, processes, and systems of acquired entities with IET and corporate standards.
- Coordinating the setup of financial reporting structures, including chart of accounts, cost centers, and legal entity structures.
- Ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting, including monthly close, statutory reporting, and internal controls implementation.
- Identifying and mitigating financial risks during integration, ensuring compliance with SOX and internal audit requirements.
- Supporting change management and communication efforts related to finance integration.
- Providing leadership and guidance to local finance teams in acquired entities.

**Fuel your passion**

To be successful in this role you will have:

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Mid level experience in finance
- Excellent knowledge of US GAAP/IFRS, internal controls, and financial reporting processes.
- Proven experience managing complex projects and cross-functional teams in a global environment.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
