About the Job

We are looking for a passionate and energetic Content & Marcom Specialist to join our team in Milan. If you have 1-2 years of work experience and hold a Masters’ Degree in any Marketing field, we want to hear from you

**Responsibilities**:

- Help develop and execute marketing communication strategies to promote our brand and products
- Support the local marketing team in creating and adapting asset and content strategies that align with business goals
- Adapt globally created content to locally relevant and compelling assets for various channels, including social posts, newsletters, digital ads, brochures, and the company website
- Collaborate with the company’s marketing and design teams to produce high-quality marketing materials
- Optimize content for SEO to increase visibility and engagement
- Coordinate and help manage events, trade shows, and promotional activities
- Monitor and report on asset, media and event performance metrics, making recommendations for improvement

**Qualifications**:

- Master’s Degree in any Marketing field
- Max 2 years of experience in asset adaptation, creation, events or related field
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and native in Italian
- Understanding of digital marketing, social media platforms and SEO principles
- Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Proficiency in using Microsoft 365 (Office), marketing tools and software
- Content editing software skills is considered as a plus
