**Responsibilities**:
At NTT DATA EMEAL IT we need a project leader for IT Data Applications who is in charge of the relationship with the Service Desk areas of NTT DATA EMEAL, coordinating their demand, and executing and leading the projects that need to be carried out for them regarding data movements on the BW4 of the SAP Platform.
ACTIVITIES
Preparation of services budgets
Planning follow-up, taking into account the strategic situation and ongoing projects of the area.
Coordination of demand management and service attention. Address support requests, incidents or evolution of the corporate data transformations of the financial area.
Carry out requirements gathering and technical analysis, propose functional and/or technical solutions within the scope of BW4 and integration with other systems.
Align and support the planning and assignment of tasks to meet milestones and commitments, as well as ensure compliance with established service level agreements (SLA).
Management of the activity and relationship model with the different teams providing the service, carrying out periodic controls and monitoring of the provision of the service.
Ensure the quality of the components delivered by checking the execution of the necessary technical or integration tests.
Coordinate the acceptance tests with those responsible for the necessary requirements.
Ensure the existence of technical and functional documentation of the requirements and compliance with methodology.
Scope and risk management.

**Required Skills**:

- Languages:o Medium level of English.
