As a Talent Partner, you will own and manage the entire sourcing cycle making sure we have the right talents in place to support our Mission to Zero initiative.

**Your responsibilities**:

- You will be partnering with business leaders and hiring managers in our E-mobility organization to assess their talent requirements and advising on the best strategy to hire the brightest talents in the market.
- You will closely collaborate and execute Employer Branding action plans for E-Mobility in Italy in line with the global strategy and the business needs.
- Supporting and managing global Talent Acquisition projects you will collaborate on a global level and contribute to the success of the team.

**Your background**:

- Bachelor’s or master’s degree with HR experience.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the world of talent acquisition.
- Comfortable using broad range of recruiting strategies and techniques, including use of digital and social media.
- Conceptual mindset with a passion for talent acquisition and employer branding trends within the region.
- Independently managing own work and ability to juggle multiple tasks at a given time.
- Strong influencing and convincing skills with an exceptional customer service attitude.
- Excellent master of the English and Italian language.
