As a Talent Partner, you will own and manage the entire sourcing cycle making sure we have the right talents in place to support our Mission to Zero initiative.

**This position reports to**:
Global Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding Lead E-mobility

**Your responsibilities**:

- Partnering with business leaders and hiring managers in our E-mobility organization to assess their talent requirements and advising on the best strategy to hire the brightest talents in the market.
- Collaborating and executing Employer Branding action plans for E-Mobility in Italy in line with the global strategy and the business needs.
- Supporting and managing global Talent Acquisition projects you will collaborate on a global level and contribute to the success of the team.

**Your background**:

- Bachelor’s or master’s degree with HR experience,
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the world of talent acquisition,
- Comfortable using broad range of recruiting strategies and techniques, including use of digital and social media,
- Conceptual mindset with a passion for talent acquisition and employer branding trends within the region,
- Independently managing own work and ability to juggle multiple tasks at a given time,
- Strong influencing and convincing skills with an exceptional customer service attitude,
- Excellent master of the English and Italian language.
