**Role & Responsibilities**:

- Support the Head of Success Management in evolving our customer success strategy.
- Manage the brand portfolio and strengthen client relationships through proactive support.
- Handle customer communications and ensure timely, effective responses.
- Analyze customer data to identify ways to improve satisfaction and engagement.
- Deliver clear, value-driven product demonstrations to potential clients.
- Oversee customer projects from start to finish, ensuring smooth execution and timely delivery.
- Help create training and educational materials that empower our clients.

**Key Qualifications**:

- A self-starter who is proactive, organized, and driven by goals.
- 1-2 years of experience in a related field.
- Strong communicator with a talent for building and maintaining positive client relationships.
- Skilled at managing multiple projects at once, without missing a beat.
- Strategic thinker with a hands-on, methodical approach to execution.
- Creative mindset with the flexibility to thrive in a fast-paced, start-up environment.
- Team player who collaborates well in a small, dynamic, and growing team.
- Fluency in both English and Italian; French is a plus.
