**Chi cerchiamo?**

Stiamo cercando un **End User Service Manager** che, per un Cliente del mondo assicurativo, si inserirà all’interno del team che fa assistenza su infrastrutture IT, lavorando sulle aree di printing, gestione asset e servizi di supporto all'utente finale.

**Principali mansioni**:

- coordinare e gestire il team, mantenendo i livelli di servizio concordati;
- gestire i contatti con i fornitori;
- lavorare a stretto contatto con il responsabile delle infrastrutture per progetti di rinnovamento e sviluppo dei servizi.

**Sede di lavoro**: alternanza tra smartworking e presenza in sede a Milano (raggiungibile anche con metropolitana).**Cosa offriamo?**

Ti aspettiamo
- Requisiti posizione
- Conoscenza delle** **Best practises dell'IT Service management;
- certificazione ITIL;
- esperienza pregressa in attività di troubleshooting, risoluzione degli incident ed escalation;
- conoscenza ed utilizzo del sistema Service Now;
- ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese;
- provenienza da contesti Enterprise;
- gradita esperienza di budgeting e gestione del personale. #LI-DNI
