We want you to develop your skills, expand your knowledge and be proud of your work. : **Descrizione dipartimento/Team**: La risorsa sarà inserita all’interno del team PR & Communications, che si occupa delle implementazione delle strategia di comunicazione corporate e di prodotto e delle attività di Media Relations, Comunicazione interna e Public Affairs per Italia, Bulgaria, Romania, Grecia e gli altri paesi parte della “South Region” di Bridgestone **Descrizione del lavoro e principali attività**: La risorsa affiancherà il responsabile della comunicazione Bridgestone nelle seguenti attività: - Media Relations: - Stesura, revisione e localizzazione (dall’inglese) di testi e materiali di comunicazione corporate e di prodotto - Organizzazione di eventi media e momenti di incontro con la stampa - Realizzazione di presentazioni, reportistica e rassegne stampa - Supporto nella gestione delle agenzie di comunicazione esterna che operano nei differenti paesi della South Region e nell’allineamento delle attività con l’headquarter dell’azienda a Bruxelles - Supporto alla comunicazione di crisi - Comunicazione Interna: - Aggiornamento e mantenimento della intranet aziendale - Stesura di testi e comunicazioni per i dipendenti, in lingua italiana e inglese - Organizzazione e gestione di eventi per i dipendenti: Town Hall e convention di fine anno - Gestione fornitori per la realizzazione di materiali per gli uffici e per i dipendenti - Supporto alle attività di CSR dell’azienda ed engagement dei dipendenti - Public Affairs - Realizzazione di testi e materiali riassuntivi delle posizioni dell’azienda sui principali temi di advocacy - Ricerche bibliografiche su temi di interesse per il settore automotive e del pneumatico - Manutenzione e aggiornamento della mappa dei principali stakeholder istituzionali dell’azienda **Requisiti**: - Laurea in Comunicazione / Giornalismo - Lingue: inglese fluente (sia scritto, sia parlato) - IT: Pacchetto Office, in particolare Word e Powerpoint.
