In this role, you will collaborate with other departments like marketing, sales, and product development to ensure that training materials and methods are up-to-date, relevant, and effective.

Key Responsibilities:
PRODUCT PROFESSIONAL TRAINING
- Develop and deliver training programs for product knowledge and expertise.
- Working with the marketing team to create content, materials, and visual aids to support user training requirements.
- Assess and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, making necessary adjustments as appropriate.
- Manage training schedules and logistics for in-person and online training sessions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate complex technical information into easily understandable communications regarding product training.
- Analyze and evaluate product usage and work with other departments to identify gaps and areas for improvement in training programs.
- Understand the training needs of European team members from different countries, cultures, and languages. (Main focus will be Italy)

EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT
- Act as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients and other external partners
- Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner
- Manage executives’ calendars and set up meetings
- Make travel and accommodation arrangements
- Rack daily expenses and prepare weekly, monthly or quarterly reports
- Maintain highest levels of internal and external confidentiality

What you need to succeed

Qualifications and Skills:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business administration, Communication or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years work experience in product training or experience in a similar role.
- Proficiency in English and Italian; a third language (French, Spanish, German) could be a strong plus.
- Solid proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
- Ability to prioritize and handle multiple assignments at any given time
- Ability to handle highly sensitive/confidential material and information appropriately
- Act as entrepreneur when needed: you’re able to complete complex tasks and projects quickly with little to no guidance,
- React with appropriate urgency to situations that require a quick turnaround, while always taking decisive action
- Strong communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to conduct training sessions online using virtual training software.
