The purpose of the role is to facilitate the administration duties for **Visa Application** **Centers located in Milan**, process and handle front office & back office operations.

This role is a part time role 24 hours a week, 5 days a week - Monday to Friday. Initial 6 months contract with possibility of transition to permanent or extension.

**Areas of Responsibility & brief description of the role**:

- Collection and scrutiny of documents and passports at the Application Centre
- Handover of Passports to the specific High Commission and/or its consulates.
- Handover of passports to Courier/Applicants
- Fee collection and cash handling
- Preparing reports for day-to-day transactions

**Personal Requirements**:

- Excellent written & verbal communication skills
- Mandatory Languages - **Italian, English**:

- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office packages
- A good attention to details
- A proactive can-do attitude
- Flexibility

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: €15,650.00 per year
