- Contatti con società esterne/provider/PCO per la verifica degli adempimenti richiesti per la partecipazione di BIOTRONIK Italia in qualità di sponsor ad eventi Locali/Regionali/Territoriali/Nazionali - procedura GS
- Supporto pratiche di Educational Grant ambito MedTech - procedura ED
- Per eventi interni, realizzazione programma scientifico su indicazioni del Manager/dipartimento di riferimento - procedura GS
- Per Eventi di Marketing e Training/Education, supporto adempimenti faculty
- Per Eventi di Marketing e Training/Education, gestione delle partecipazioni dei discenti
- Prenotazioni hotel e organizzazione trasferimenti e logística in genere per tutte le tipologie di evento
- Controllo e spedizione materiale per eventi
- Realizzazione di materiale di comunicazione: save the date, programmi scientifici, inviti etc.
- Ordine depliant, materiale e gestione magazzino ufficio
- Supporto canale BIOConnect, caricamento materiale Divisioni,verifica e followup materiale caricato da HQ
- Rendicontazione, verifica fatture e gestione portaleArchivio elettronico secondo le modalità
- Archivio cartaceo

- Realizzazione logística Eventi
- Implementazione Comunicazione aziendale
- Implementazione Campagne di Marketing
- Supporto Social aziendali (Facebook, Linkedin)
- Gestione privacy: raccolta, archiviazione e monitoraggio delle informative privacy dei clienti e dei partecipanti agli eventi
- Studio e gestione Social aziendali (Facebook, Linkedin)
Customer Communications|Multinazionale operante nel settore biomedicale
- Titolo di studio minimo richiesto: laurea in comunicazione o marketing
oppure in discipline umanistiche con indirizzo adeguato al marketing o alla comunicazione
- Esperienza 3-5 anni in ruoli come assistente commerciale o esperienza analoga, organizzazione eventi aziendali e gestione documenti commerciali
- Lingue straniere
- Conoscenza della lingua Inglese scritta e parlata: buona
- Conoscenze software
- Conoscenza del pacchetto MS Office basic (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, InDesign)
- Conoscenza di web browser
- Disponibilità a viaggiare saltuariamente
- Orientamento alla soddisfazione del cliente
- Precisione, affidabilità, riservatezza e predisposizione ai rapporti interpersonali
- Capacità organizzative
- Supporto al dipartimento per la partecipazione a congressi Locali/Regionali/Territoriali/Nazionali/Internazionali/Mondiali.
Supporto per la realizzazione dei corsi di education, eventi di Marketing interni ed esterni, Meeting di ogni genere con discenti/relatori/staff, riunioni di area, visite di clienti, Grant Educazionali.
