Overview:

From 2015, the Group in Italy has been one of the most active real estate players in the Italian market, acquiring a number of high street retail and office assets, also entering in the living and student housing market as well as the urban regenerations and last mile & traditional logistics, mainly in Milan, Florence and Bologna, totalling around €5 billion of assets under management. Hines Italy invests across the entire risk-return spectrum on behalf of various investment vehicles. Among the key projects in Italy: Porta Nuova, Cordusio 2.0, Torre Velasca, MilanoSesto and Ex Trotto area.

**Responsibilities**:

- Update financial models with actuals and forecasts
- Conduct financial analysis and sensitivities on the models, comparing returns outcome
- Support on the asset management activities, including leasing and sale processes
- Provide financial and qualitative analysis and prepare investment memos for Board Approvals
- Draft documents and presentations for internal/external use and governance bodies
- Liaise with third parties as investors, lenders, brokers, tenants and legal/tax advisors
- Join commercial due diligence activities including market analysis and lease reviews
- Support the project management team on the technical activities

Qualifications:
Minimum requirements are:

- Studied or are studying towards a degree in Economics, Finance or Real Estate
- Excellent command of English (particularly written)
- Excellent knowledge of PowerPoint and Excel
- No prior real estate experience is required, however a strong interest in the field and willingness to learn are preferential
- Strong analytical skills
- Proactive and autonomous approach
- Able to manage different tasks under pressure
- Understand the mechanics of the Italian real estate market and the entire asset management process
- Successful interns will be considered for a full-time position
