**Position Overview**:
We are seeking a highly hard-skilled, motivated and organized Junior Chief of Staff (Level 1) to support our CEO, Luca Toscano, during growth and development. This role is ideal for someone with experience as an Executive Assistant to a CEO or as a Project Manager with experience in leading teams of at least 15 people from diverse backgrounds in terms of age and culture; who is eager to step into a strategic and integrative role. As Junior Chief of Staff, you will be instrumental in managing administrative functions, coordinating key projects, reports and follow-ups, facilitating communication between the CEO’s and the staff.
The Junior Chief of Staff will manage project follow-ups, ensuring progress aligns with plans and challenges are addressed, will organize and lead update meetings, ensuring team alignment and clear communication of key developments to keep the CEO informed.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Project Management**: Lead and oversee company strategic projects, collaborating with department heads and stakeholders to ensure timely execution and delivery.
- **Air Traffic Controller**: Manage the CEO’s schedule and priorities (mainly related to the managed and assigned projects), ensuring that critical issues are addressed promptly and efficiently.
- **Integrator**: Coordinate and streamline communication and meetings between departments, aligning efforts with the company’s strategic objectives.
- **Communication Hub**: Serve as the primary liaison between the CEO, senior leadership team, and external stakeholders, ensuring clear and consistent communication.
**Qualifications**:
- 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, such as an Executive Assistant to a CEO, Project Manager, or equivalent.
- Experience in leading teams of at least 15 people from diverse backgrounds in terms of age and culture
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of engaging effectively.
- Experience in strategic planning, project coordination, and data analysis.
- Fluency in Italian and English is required; proficiency in Spanish is an asset.
