Company Profile

Duo Milan Porta Nuova, Tribute Portfolio is a 4-star, 239 rooms, including 11 suites, all completely renovated with bright colours and unexpected details. In addition, the Hotel has a Bistrot with Italian and international cuisine, a Bar and a Courtyard for informal meetings or relaxing breaks, a fully equipped fitness centre and 5 meeting rooms. The property is part of Marriott International which is the world's largest hotel brand and Westmont Hospitality Group.

The hotel has just been renovated and has undergone a complete rebranding becoming the second Marriott Tribute Portfolio in Italy. We are looking for a Reservations Agent.

Main Tasks

You will be in charge of individual and group bookings and assisting the reservations team in their daily tasks, as directed by the Reservations Manager. This position is ideal for anyone who already has experience in front office and would like to take a further step into Reservations.

Profile’s Main Requirements
- Good analytical skills with an investigative nature
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to focus in a busy environment.
- Able to handle high volumes of data efficiently and accurately.
- Knowledge of Marriott Standards or other international brands
- Good Excel skills and experience of Outlook and Word
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Knowledge of OPERA
- Organisational skills and time management
- Teamwork, flexibility and interpersonal skills
- English language

Type of Contract: Fixed-Term Contract/Full-Time
