Stage Reservation Agent/reservation Gruppi

Palazzo Parigi Hotel & Grand SPA, Struttura 5 stelle lusso nel cuore di Milano, è alla ricerca di una figura da inserire in stage in qualità di Reservation Agent/Reservation Gruppi ad ampliamento dell’Ufficio Prenotazioni.
La figura ricercata sarà un supporto all’ufficio nelle seguenti attività:
- Verifica e controllo delle prenotazioni inserite automaticamente in Opera tramite Synexis;
- Gestione delle richieste di informazioni e di prenotazioni via telefono e via mail nel rispetto degli standard Leading;
- Inserimento delle prenotazioni a sistema;
- Raccolta del maggior numero di informazioni possibili sull’ospite e condivisione con gli altri reparti della struttura (housekeeping, room service, ecc.) per assicurare allo stesso un soggiorno di qualità.
- Gestione dei contatti con aziende e agenzie;
- Redazione di preventivi che soddisfino le richieste del cliente e le linee guida della Direzione.
- Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese; la conoscenza di un’altra lingua straniera costituirà titolo preferenziale;
- Spiccate doti relazionali.
Completano il profilo: flessibilità, disponibilità, gestione dello stress e capacità di lavorare in team.
Residenza e/o domicilio in loco o in zone limitrofe costituiranno titolo preferenziale.
