Dentons Italy is currently looking to grow its Tax group with the appointment of an Associate based in our Rome office.

Our Tax Team consists of specialized lawyers in the sector, recognized among the best for their areas of expertise. Collaborating in the Tax department means being part of a rapidly growing group, as well as receiving primary education, also with involvement in the most innovative issues.

**Requirements**:

- Economics or Law Degree with a minimum score of 105/110.
- Qualified as Chartered Accountant or as a Lawyer with license to practice in Italy.
- Between 2 and 4 years of proven experience within the Tax field, gained within a comparable law firm.
- corporate and tax law;
- IFRS;
- extraordinary M&A operations;
- domestic and international ruling proceedings before the Tax Authority and

tax issues related to the re-organization of business and personal assets.
- High level of English (Certificate C1). We also rate positively other foreign languages.
- Vocation and motivation for exercising the legal profession.
- Excellent negotiation and communications skills.
- Global mindset and enthusiasm.
- You are able to adapt to an international enronment and eager to grow both professionally and personally with us.
